End to End Solution Provider

LEED will assess the conditions at the customers site and provide a solution that ensures compliance with environmental regulations. The solution once accepted by the customer, will be executed by LEED at Indian sites. Internationally, LEED will supervise the erection activities. LEED will commission all projects and handover the project to the customer once the design output specifications have been met. Detailed documentation to maintain and operate the plant will also be provided to the customer.

Operations and Maintenance Services

As most of LEED’s customers do not have the expertise in operating and maintaining the plants provided. LEED can also operate and maintain the plants on behalf of the customer on chargeable basis. LEED will ensure that the customer is kept abreast of all activities in the plant and have a monthly review with the management at the customers site.

Spares and Chemical Supplier

Replacement of all spares that are required for the plant can be purchased via LEED.LEED will liaise with the suppliers, communicate the technical specifications and ensure the right chemicals and spares are available. The customer can contact LEED as a one-stop solution for all spare replacement and maintenance.

LEED will also be able to supply all consumable chemicals required by the customer in order to keep the plant running. The replenishment of the chemicals can be made via a standing order to reduce the inconvenience for the customer.

Products

LEED can also supply individual equipment or systems that can be incorporated into a larger existing process plant. Examples of such products are: Clarifiers, Agitator, Thin Film Dryer (ATFD), Mechanical Evaporator, Boilers, Reverse Osmosis Systems, Filters, Pumps, Blowers and such.

Consulting Services

In the event customers of LEED or owners of plants related to LEED’s expertise have any operational issues and need any assistance in troubleshooting, they can contact LEED for support. LEED will also help customers study existing facilities and recommend areas for improvement via a detailed report.
