Family Visit

Inviting the family members of the employees to visit our organisation creates more connectivity with the team. The bonding has been created between the employees and organisation. Each week two family is invited to visit our factory and explained them about the company & the employee crucial role in the comapany, their importance, etc. We take care of them with a special lunch & Memeories of photo clicks at the enfd of the day to the family members.In a way it encourages not only the employees but it also helps the employees families motivated.
